Millions of MLM independent distributors have no professional tools to communicate, market and manage their businesses. They all have limited time to invest in their business - and a lot to be done. Because of the structure of MLM businesses (independent distributors who establish networks of distributors, train them, and receive commission on the sales activity of each one of them), MLM creates very large and strong communities. These are "closed communities" that one must have deep inside knowledge to understand their huge business potential. They seek to provide their members tools for success -but are doing so with very limited resources, mainly phone and face to face meetings. Whether we are talking about practical ways to run the business (how to recruit distributors, how to sell products, how to follow up etc.) or emotional support (which is also fundamental in MLM) - the distributors are craving for new and exciting tools.
